We took our Jeep and insurance company estimate for body work to Mobile Techs. The owner, Luis Ferrer, said he had a lot of experience, would deal with the insurance company and get the car fixed right. When we went to pick it up, neither the blinkers nor the horn worked, the hood was crooked, and the front end was uneven. That was what we could tell in the dark. He did more work. We picked it up after dark and when we saw it in the daylight it was clear, it was two-tone red, the hood was crooked, the doors were uneven, and the bumper was not securely attached. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mobile Techs. To put it bluntly, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Firstly, their communication was abysmal. Trying to get in touch with them was like pulling teeth. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and when I finally did manage to get through to someone, they were rude and unhelpful. When they finally showed up to provide the service, they were incredibly unprofessional. They arrived late, without any explanation or apology, and then proceeded to do a sloppy job. It was clear that they lacked the necessary expertise and attention to detail. To make matters worse, they overcharged me for their shoddy work. It felt like a slap in the face after enduring such a terrible experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against using them. Their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and overcharging make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your service needs.

The service was great. Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word and work was done in a timely manner. The cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. I am highly recommending Mobile Techs of South Florida. They are very professional, helpful and have competitive prices. Will definitely come back to service my commercial vehicle.
